Extreme circumstances, Extreme Power Demand On Texas Power Grid

Rolling brownouts, I had never heard of the term until today. For 30 minutes at a time, they randomly, and without warning shut your power off. I personally am not complaining, because at least it comes back on. It was a day I saved my work on the computer often.
